Intended as a "replacement" for a 20W halogen bulb with G4 socket for 12V. The first complication, is the size. Even though the LED is very compact, to fit into the luminaire it was necessary to shorten the supply pins and still it is so.
The color of light close to incandescent is ok, but the luminous flux is about 1/2 that of a 20W halogen, so I can't consider it a direct replacement, but that's my fault.
