Disappointing design defect – falls out easilyThe mounting mechanism on this holder has a significant flaw. The ends of the mounting pins are completely straight and smooth. They lack a small outward-facing lip or ridge (the extra plastic extension at the very tip) to securely hook behind the air vent blades.Because there is nothing to lock it in place, the entire holder lacks proper grip. Every time I try to take my phone out, the holder itself pulls away and detaches from the vent. It is incredibly frustrating to use on a daily basis.
