It really is a slow charger, but that’s a feature, not a fault. Buyers really should read the product description carefully before ordering it. In my case, the fault lies not with the product, but with the consumer.

It comes with a 60W cable, but the charger is rated at 20W
It overheats at a room temperature of 25°C – it was recommended for the Honor Magic8, but it isn’t suitable – when it overheats, it switches off, so the phone then buzzes and beeps at one-minute intervals as the charger switches on and off. Totally inappropriate product.
