I carefully tested the charger at home and I was interested in how well the simultaneous use of both ports is resolved. It seems that if both slots are used simultaneously or even sequentially (at first one, then the other), then the fast charging technology is turned off or the limitation of the fast charging technology is reached and the charger only runs on 5V. This lasts until the adapter is pulled out of the socket and plugged in again. But for an adapter at this price, it' s probably an acceptable price. For example, Apple has solved this correctly with its 2-port adapter.
