I've had the case for a few weeks so far, so I can't assess the long-term durability, however I don't feel that the problems described in other reviews of the iPhone 17 Pro, where quick rubbing was mentioned, should occur. The packaging fits very tightly on the device, so logically you can not expect it to come off as easily as they go large, eg. silicone, packaging. But that's not a negative for me, because the packaging is supposed to be minimalistic. I find the cutout for the phone buttons, which are not covered, well designed. If you want proper screen protection, I definitely recommend glass, as the case does not have a "collar" over the screen.
