The glass itself might not be bad.
The application kit is unfortunately a waste, this has not happened to me yet so that the included wet wipe would be soaked in water because it leaves drops on the display that do not evaporate, supposedly microfiber cloth crumbles and leaves hair.
Alza should include a quality application kit or just write to the customer to prepare their stuff.
