A nice chair, but has some drawbacks, I'm not too satisfied.
Quite customizable
Sliding armrests cannot be fixated (forward/backward movement can be unexpected when I just want to change the position using armrests as a support)
I bit hard seat (compared to my previous chair)
Arrived dirty (spent over an hour cleaning - there was metal dust and black dirt (residual oil?) on metal parts, especially the metal base, and it didn't come off easily)
The seat cushion is lower on one side at the back where it is stitched than on the other side, so it sits slightly askew. Due to the inability to remove the piston from the already assembled chair, it was not claimed.
Improperly designed backrest locking, just when getting up, you just need to stumble on the lumbar support and the height adjustment is adjusted to places where the sun does not shine.

This is a whole different level than the original chair from ikea. This is where the quality comes through. Except the chair is heavy as a pig. sits on it like a king on a throne. really very comfortable chair even for longer sitting at the PC. I can recommend it.
I expected a little more from a highly rated ergonomic chair for 10,000. a lot more plastic than I would have expected. the chair is new and it's holding up so far. we'll see in a few years.
