In this price range I would expect the coffee to be more fresh, for a similar price you can get freshly roasted coffee from roasters, not to mention the classic price without discount (normally it is 349Kč/250g, I bought it for 305 or so). But it is still usable in a lever coffee machine. But the roaster you use is a good one, all the beans were well roasted, so at least there is good quality control at this price. I'm missing Guatemalan coffee in the selection of coffees, it would be good if you included it in the sale, ideally roasted in the same roastery as this one.
