A worthy replacement for the original from HP. It prints well, I personally don't see any difference in the output. The printer, when switched on, reported a non-original cartridge is inserted, but it works fine with it.
I would fault the lack of information on how to recycle an old catridge. Here HP has a sophisticated system (I've used it several times), Alza could put some information either on the box or on an inserted leaflet. So the info is only on the web.
