After trying a lot of different screws and attachments I have to say one thing: AKASA Black Rubber Case Fan Mounts are the absolute top. I bought them to install my ARCTIC P12 Pro (3× intake in the front, 1× exhaust in the back), which I control via the ARCTIC Case Fan Hub - the rear fan is the master in slot no. 1, the others run as slaves. And it was those rubber grips that made the biggest difference:
