I have a second humidifier because the first one stopped making steam after a few months. Resolved by complaint and purchase of a new identical humidifier. I am happy with it only the buttons could be better. They don't respond very well. Sometimes I have to touch it 5 times to get it to respond. With the first device I thought it was a defect and I was going to claim it, but by the time I got to it it stopped working. The other one is doing the same with the buttons, but so far at least it works so I'll see: )
