drivers, if you reinstall the OS, windows won't find a lot of them, and with wifi it's quite a pain. You need to download the 18 gig package of all Acemagic drivers (for this model of 5G data) here from the "Advice and Guides" section and manually install them

Great for the price these days. If you need a PC for x86_64 development and can't get by with emulation/virtual on an equally expensive Mac Mini, this is a great option. The processor is not the newest, but the performance is quite sufficient. Just for RAM + SSD separately you would give 70% of the value of this computer today. I only recommend reinstalling Windows right after purchase. There are rumours that the pre-installed system contains God knows what trackers.
