I was pleasantly surprised by this TV. The perfect size with a gorgeous QLED panel where black is genuinely black. The Samsung Frame design, which looks like a picture, fits beautifully into our interior. I love the option to display artworks in standby mode, but beware – the content requires a paid subscription, at a cost similar to streaming services. In this price range, I would have expected this to be included or available for a nominal fee. Fortunately, you can upload your own images of artwork, so it is not that much of an issue. On the other hand, what I consider a huge negative is the forced advertising content on the home page of the user interface.

I bought this TV mainly to use as a large photo frame for family pictures, and in that respect, it's done exactly what I expected — in Art Mode, it really looks like a picture on the wall, not a television. It also surprised me as a conventional TV: the picture quality is great and controlling it via mobile is convenient. The One Connect box is practical, meaning there are no extra cables leading to the television. The only thing that disappointed me is the app for uploading your own photos — cropping a photo directly in the app often rotates it, so I crop my photos beforehand on my phone and then upload the finished versions. Even with this one reservation, I would recommend The Frame as a display for photos.

It can be controlled via an app on your phone, or simply with the remote. The option to rotate photos in the gallery is wonderful, with a specific set for each season. Uploading and displaying our own photos is the icing on the cake. The colours and brightness are in perfect harmony. Watching films is like being at the cinema. We don't regret the money invested. I recommend it.
