The home screen is full of ads, which fortunately can be turned off, but then most of the home screen is unused, or partially occupied by mostly useless functions such as online help or connection to remote Windows, which probably won't be the most used on TV. Every now and then, without asking, it will install a new app that LG thinks you need. Relatively slow response to controls (cold start > 15 seconds, switching between some menu items > 10 seconds), here and there short jams when interacting inside apps (nothing major, it just spoils the impression of fluidity). Sometimes it doesn't agree with the LG soundbar on the right volume. If you can get past these little things, then the picture and sound are as expected.
