I chose LG because two of my previous Samsung TVs stopped supporting firmware updates in about 2 years and removed YouTube, while LG supports updates much longer.
This TV has good colors. I had to turn off TrueMotion and most of the picture enhancement features so that the image would be like in the movie. I also recommend using the picture mode auto with gamma 2.4 (with enhancements turned off).
