After returning the Compact version due to problems with the wireless connection, I tried the bigger brother and unfortunately the result was similar. However, this time I couldn' t pair the mouse at all via BT, none of my 3 computers could see the mouse at all. With the USB dongle, the mouse worked but was lagging. The wheel behaved terribly, randomly changing its behavior, sometimes moving by a line, an hour later one step of the wheel would move by perhaps 100 pages (zoom in CAD behaved similarly unusable). So I am already returning the second 3dconnexion CadMouse mouse and I will probably not buy a third mouse from this company.
