We purchased the monitor on 28/11/2025 and during use it repeatedly shows a defect -
spontaneous switching off of the screen and image blackouts.
Complaints have already been submitted twice, yet they have been closed with the reasoning "defect not detected",
without the submission of detailed testing documentation. The monitor is used for work purposes and
its unreliability significantly disrupts operations.
We continue to prefer an amicable and fair resolution of the complaint. We hope that Alza.cz
will reconsider its position and provide proper handling of the complaint.

The shade of the red phosphor is finally close to the optimum compared to previous generations of this monitor (the first generation with glossy surface had red to orange, the second one with matte had red too red, now it looks ok). Part of the solution was calibration, but you can't calibrate office applications.
