Verdict I like this monitor so far. The QD-OLED “issue” isn’t really an issue for me. If I want that deep black look, I can just close my shutters. The convenience and reliability I’m getting here matter more to me than chasing a sexy glossy panel that sacrifices color accuracy. For my use case, this monitor is a solid, low-hassle choice.
Couldn’t get “Core Lighting” (the back-panel light) to turn on — likely not supported on this model. Not a dealbreaker
Won’t suit everyone: if you’re expecting the deep, glossy, high-contrast “showroom” black look typical of OLED, this matte QD-OLED panel falls short of that. In ambient light, blacks shift to a magenta-grey tint rather than the pure black people usually chase with OLED. If that glossy, ultra-black look matters most to you, an LG WOLED panel is probably a better fit

Windows doesn't allow any refresh rate other than 120hz and 240hz so if you want something in between like 180hz, tough luck. Except for this detail I found no issues whatsoever.
