Hallo, kann ich diese Karte in Deutschland registrieren lassen und die Jahresgebühr in € bezahlen, oder muß ich einen Wohnsitz in der tschechischen Republik haben.

die Karte müssen Sie in Tschechien bei SkyLink registrieren. Und dann müss die Parabel-Antenne den Satellit Astra 23,5° sehen.
