i would like to ask and receive confirmation if this Gear S3 frontier is the LTE version and support e-sim or not ?

Nope buddy. This version (@all european models S3) doesn´t support e-sim. Try eBay >> US/South Korea LTE e-sim version, but why? Coz´european networks/carriers doesn´t support e-sim.
