The casserole dish is made of solid aluminium and features a very high-quality PFLUON GRANIT non-stick surface. You can use it to boil, fry, stew, roast, and bake with a minimal amount of fat, without the food sticking. The casserole dish comes with a solid glass lid with a hole for excess steam to escape and a profiled base. The cookware is suitable for use on all hob types and can also be used in the oven at temperatures up to 200°C. You can also conveniently store prepared food in the casserole dish in the refrigerator, and it is, of course, dishwasher safe.
