Wi-Fi 6 performance and modulation
The device uses the Wi-Fi 6 standard and operates exclusively in the 5GHz band. The QCN-6102 chip handles the wireless transmission. The theoretical transfer speed in this band is up to 1200Mbps. 2×2 MIMO technology efficiently transmits data with two spatial streams and advanced 1024-QAM modulation. The outdoor WiFi Access Point creates point-to-point links over long distances. The 27dBi grid antenna supports a stable connection up to 30km in ideal conditions. The aerodynamic grid design reduces wind resistance. The construction withstands operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C, making it ready for outdoor deployment. The unit is managed by the RouterOS V7 operating system with extensive configuration options. The device operates in access point mode and includes features such as a DHCP server, QoS for traffic management, and an FTP server.
Management and connectivity options
A dual-core ARM IPQ-5010 800MHz processor and 256MB of RAM ensure smooth system operation. Network security is provided by modern WPA3 encryption and an integrated firewall. A single Gigabit Ethernet port connects to the network infrastructure. This port also receives power via passive PoE technology, which improves long wireless links. The supply voltage ranges from 12V to 28V with a power consumption of 5W.
