LEKUE Set for Baking Macarons Lékué Kit Macaron

Bake your favourite sweet treat in the comfort of your own home with this Lékué French macaron baking kit. The set contains everything you need – a silicone baking mat and a Decomax decorating pen. The non-stick mat lets you make up to 48 identical macarons at once, which release effortlessly after baking. The entire kit is made from platinum silicone that withstands a wide range of temperatures. After use, simply pop it in the dishwasher.

Baking mat for 48 macarons

The heart of the kit is a silicone baking mat for 48 macarons. Cleverly marked circles help you pipe perfectly sized, uniform shells every time. The mat measures 40×30cm and features a non-stick surface, meaning your baked shells release effortlessly without tearing.

Decomax decorating pen for precise piping

The second essential part of the kit is the Decomax decorating pen, which makes piping your batter onto the mat incredibly easy. It lets you portion the mixture directly into the pre-marked circles. Just like the mat, the decorating pen is made from platinum silicone. When you are done, simply rinse it or pop it in the dishwasher along with the baking mat.

Versatile use and easy maintenance

The entire Lékué Kit Macaron is crafted from platinum silicone. This material features excellent temperature resistance from -60°C to +220°C. This lets you safely use the kit in conventional ovens, microwave ovens, and even store it in the fridge or freezer. Both parts of the set are fully dishwasher safe.
