Using Ninja Woodfire pellets
The Ninja XSKOGAPLT2EU pellets are dispensed into the Ninja Woodfire grill hopper in small quantities according to the desired intensity of smoke flavour. They are used exclusively to season food during the smoking or grilling program with Woodfire, where they gradually heat up and release aromatic smoke. Thanks to the concentrated flavour of the hardwood, 1 dose is sufficient for the entire grilling cycle, allowing precise control of the resulting flavour profile without excessive consumption.
