Quality

Special stainless steel alloy blades ensure long lasting and extreme sharpness. The handle has a full-metal core and has a secure and comfortable fit. The knives can be washed in a dishwasher but, to maintain their quality, it is recommended that the tools be washed with a cloth under warm water and then wiped dry. The set also includes a two-stage grinding wheel for coarse grinding, which sharpens blunt edges and fine grinding, which is useful when sharpening the blade regularly. The blade can also be sharpened or textured. Its use is safe and easy.
