Whether you want a classic white bread, a wholemeal loaf, faster baking or dough preparation, the bakery does it all. Each program has precise settings for mixing, rising, resting and baking to make sure the result looks and tastes its best.
Special programmes are also included - for example, a gluten-free programme that uses optimised mixing and rising times, a jam programme for easy preparation of fruit mixes or a programme for homemade yoghurt.
Gorenje BM1350W home baker features for easy baking
The Gorenje BM1350W allows you to set the size of bread according to your current needs - 900 g, 1,150 g or 1,350 g. This way you won't bake unnecessarily large quantities if the bread isn't eaten quickly, or on the other hand you can easily prepare a large loaf for the family.
The Gorenje BM1350W adds raisins, seeds, nuts or dried fruit at the right moment. You don't have to watch the baking process - adding is fully automated and the ingredients are incorporated evenly.
If the programme runs out and you do not open the oven immediately, the Gorenje BM1350W will activate the temperature hold function for up to 60 minutes. Your bread will stay warm, fragrant and soft.
In the evening, you put in the ingredients, set the time and wake up in the morning to the smell of freshly baked bread. Delayed start is also ideal for weekend breakfasts or afternoon snacks.
Programmes for jam, dough and homemade yoghurt
The Gorenje BM1350W home baker has a preset program for jam preparation. Just add the fruit, add sugar and the bakery will mix and cook everything into a smooth fruit mixture. No stove, no babysitting, no burning.
Thanks to the Gorenje BM1350W's precise temperature control, you can also prepare homemade yoghurt. The program maintains a stable temperature ideal for ripening the yoghurt culture.
Do you want to make pizza, pie or homemade buns? The dough program will knead and rise for you. Simply remove the dough and bake in the oven.
