Modern expansion slots and storage
The board features three PCIe x16 slots, two of which support the PCIe 5.0 standard (configurable as x16 or x8+x8) and one PCIe 4.0 x2 slot. For storage, there are four M.2 slots, two using the PCIe 5.0 x4 interface and others using the PCIe 4.0 interface. All are equipped with thermal covers featuring the screwless EZ-Latch Click system. This is complemented by four SATA III ports. The PCIe UD Slot X offers 10× the load resistance thanks to an integrated design with metal reinforcement and a rubber seal that protects the graphics card's PCB.
Advanced cooling for continuous operation
Thermal management is handled by a massive VRM Thermal Armor Advanced heatsink with 4× the cooling surface area and a heatpipe with 5W/mK thermal pads. The M.2 Thermal Guard Ext. heatsink covers two M.2 slots and, thanks to ventilation holes, reduces their temperature by up to 7°C, preventing performance throttling of high-speed SSDs. The Smart Fan 6 system allows for detailed cooling profile settings, including control of AIO cooler pumps directly in the BIOS.
Network connectivity and high-speed interfaces
The rear I/O panel offers two 10Gb LAN ports for fast network connectivity, and Wi-Fi 7 with a high-gain directional antenna that is easy to install thanks to the WIFI EZ-Plug adapter. There is a USB-C® port with transfer speeds up to 40Gb/s, four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, and four USB 2.0 ports. The front USB-C® port supports speeds of 20Gb/s. An HDMI 2.1 output allows you to connect a monitor when using the integrated graphics card. The Realtek ALC1220 audio codec with premium capacitors provides an eight-channel audio output with support for the DSD format.
