FSP iFP 800

FSP iFP 800
The FSP iFP 800 UPS in its Tower design provides a reliable solution for protecting your electronic devices during power outages. This Line-interactive device, with an apparent power of 800VA and a real power of 480W, delivers a stable power supply through a simulated sine wave. The integrated AVR technology automatically adjusts the voltage during dips or surges without drawing power from the battery. The clear touchscreen LCD instantly shows the current power status and any operational anomalies. A USB communication interface connects to your computer for real-time monitoring of operating parameters. The clear touchscreen LCD panel on the front makes it easy to identify and quickly resolve any faults.
Key features of the FSP iFP 800 UPS
- Touchscreen LCD for an instant overview of the unit's status
- USB communication port for real-time operation monitoring
- Integrated protection for RJ45 data network and RJ11 phone line
- Microprocessor control ensures high operational reliability
- Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) for stabilisation without draining the battery
- Provides output with a simulated sine wave
- Cold start function to power up devices without mains electricity
- Automatic restart when mains power is restored
Topology and voltage stabilisation
The FSP iFP 800 UPS uses advanced line-interactive topology, which responds effectively to fluctuations in the mains supply. The output voltage reaches 220V with regulation within a +/- 10% range, and during a power outage, it transfers battery power typically in 2–6ms. The Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) smooths out mains fluctuations and protects connected electronics from damage. The device also supports connection to a compatible power generator.
Battery and features
Inside the unit is a single 12V lead-acid battery with a 9Ah capacity. It takes approximately 4 hours of charging to restore 90% of the battery's capacity, and the charging process continues even when the unit is switched off. The cold start function lets you switch on connected devices even without a mains supply. The microprocessor control system constantly monitors the battery status and protects it from deep discharge.
Reliability and operational features
Thanks to its compact dimensions of 142×101×300mm and a weight of 4.9kg, the device can be easily placed even in tight spaces at the office or at home. The design produces less than 40dB of noise, contributing to quiet operation during normal use. The microprocessor control ensures high operational reliability, and the system automatically restarts when AC power is restored. The FSP iFP 800 UPS is equipped with two Schuko sockets for connecting your devices. A USB port is used for communication with a computer, enabling status monitoring. It provides protection for connected devices through integrated RJ-11 and RJ-45 connectors, which protect the telephone line and data network from surges.
