The Fractal Design Lumen S28 RGB V2 is a complete AIO CPU cooler that efficiently dissipates heat from the processor using a 280mm aluminium radiator, a copper base, and a pump with a speed of 4000rpm. Airflow through the radiator is handled by two 140mm Aspect 14 RGB fans. The look of the entire build is complemented by six addressable ARGB LEDs on the pump block, which are synchronised with the fans and controlled via motherboard software. This closed-loop set supports a wide range of Intel and AMD sockets, including platforms like LGA 1700, LGA 1851 and AM5.

Wide cooler compatibility
You can install the cooler on modern and older Intel and AMD platform sockets. Installation is simplified by pre-applied thermal paste, which removes the need to apply it separately. Flexibility during installation is increased by the 400mm long, low-permeability rubber tubes, protected by a nylon braid. Articulated fittings make routing them easier and reduce stress on the pump block.
Performance and speed control
Two 140mm Aspect 14 RGB PWM fans take care of cooling the radiator. Thanks to PWM control, their speed automatically adjusts in the range of 500 to 1700rpm. The fans are built on Rifle-type sleeve bearings and provide an airflow of up to 78CFM at a static pressure of 2.05mm H2O. This allows the system to optimise the balance between cooling performance and operating noise.
ARGB lighting
You can synchronise the lighting of the six ARGB LEDs on the pump and fans with common motherboard ecosystems. Supported tools include ASUS AURA, Gigabyte Fusion, MSI Mystic Light and ASRock Polychrome. For a clean build appearance in any orientation, the pump's top cover rotates by 90°, allowing you to align the manufacturer's logo horizontally regardless of how the entire block is mounted.
