The Eta Fritta Opti Max 0167 90000 air fryer with its removable, extra-large 7.2L container offers plenty of capacity for everyday baking and cooking. The generous space lets you cook a whole chicken or a large portion of crispy chips, for example. PerfectHeat technology and a power input of 1840W ensure your food is cooked evenly, leaving it crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The container also includes a removable frying rack. Thanks to the large transparent window and internal light, you can easily monitor the cooking process without having to open the appliance.

The Eta fryer offers preset programmes
You can easily adjust everything on the integrated touch panel with its clear LED display. The appliance offers 8 preset programmes for chips, chicken, fish, steaks, vegetables and pizza. It also gently dries mushrooms, herbs and fruit. Each programme has its own colour icon and is set to ensure every meal is cooked for the optimal time and at the optimal temperature. The thermostat lets you set the temperature from 60–200°C. The timer can be set to two modes: up to 60 minutes for frying and baking, and 2–9 hours for drying mushrooms and fruit.
Practical functions
The HotStart function quickly preheats the fryer to the optimal temperature before you add your food. The KeepWarm function keeps your meal warm even after it's finished cooking. The Shake function alerts you halfway through the cooking time that you need to shake or turn the food for even results.

It features overheat protection and a safety lock for incorrect assembly, which prevents the appliance from starting if the container is not inserted correctly.
