Scalp protect mode uses a 'Time of Flight' sensor, which constantly measures the distance between the hair dryer's head and the scalp. This allows it to automatically adjust to maintain the ideal temperature, preserving the scalp's natural moisture and promoting healthy, shiny hair. A Hall sensor recognises which attachment you are currently using and, based on previous use, automatically adjusts the temperature and airflow settings to your preferences.

In this mode, the lighting in the transparent capsule is also deactivated when compatible attachments are fitted. The hair dryer offers three precisely defined speed settings: high for fast drying and styling, medium for regular everyday drying, and low for gentle diffusing, for example, during final styling or when working with sensitive areas.
