A version of the standard allowing transmission speeds up to 80 Gbps for resolutions as high as 16K@60Hz. It uses DSC (Display Stream Compression) - an image compression that reduces the bitrate without visible loss of quality. It places more stringent requirements on cable quality, but requires full support from the source (PC/console) and monitor.
