The DeepCool LQ360 ULTRA liquid cooler efficiently dissipates heat from modern processors in high-performance computer builds. This all-in-one (AIO) CPU cooler set offers high cooling performance and advanced features. It uses a 6th generation pump with a 3-phase motor and FOC control for quiet and efficient operation. An enlarged copper base with optimised micro-channel geometry helps transfer heat from the processor to the coolant. The heat is then dissipated by a 360mm aluminium radiator fitted with three 120mm fans with fluid dynamic bearings.

Advanced pump design
At the heart of the cooler is a 6th generation pump, which operates with a 3-phase, 6-slot, 4-pole motor. This design contributes to low operating noise. The smooth operation of the pump is further enhanced by FOC control for more efficient and quieter performance in the 2500 to 3400RPM range. The enlarged copper base, along with optimised micro-channels, improves contact with the processor and heat dissipation into the coolant.
Information display and ARGB lighting
The pump block features a segmented LCD display that shows real-time system statistics. Monitored data includes CPU usage, frequency, TDP, and temperature, which is complemented by a colour indicator. A magnetic pump cover with 360° rotation makes it easy to align the logo in any orientation. The three included FL12 fans with ARGB halo synchronise their lighting with the pump block, creating a unified lighting effect.
Anti-Leak technology
The cooler integrates patented Anti-Leak technology. The system uses an internal valve to regulate pressure within the sealed liquid loop. If the internal pressure exceeds standard atmospheric pressure due to thermal expansion of the liquid, the valve controllably releases the resulting overpressure. This solution extends the life of the components and reduces the risk of potential coolant leakage.
Software and installation
The included DeepCreative software is used to manage ARGB lighting and monitor system statistics in real time. The application also receives future updates to expand the cooler's functionality. The straightforward mounting kit is designed for installation on current Intel (LGA 1851, 1700, 1200, 115X) and AMD (AM5 and AM4) processor sockets, which simplifies assembly and ensures correct mounting pressure on both platforms.
