The de Buyer CERANOA aluminium frying pan has a diameter of 20cm and is designed for preparing meals on all types of hobs. The body, made from recycled aluminium, ensures efficient heat distribution. The inside is coated with a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick surface, which allows you to cook using a minimum amount of fat.

Aluminium Body and Ceramic Surface

The base of the pan is made from recycled aluminium, which ensures efficient and even heat distribution across the entire bottom. Both the interior and exterior are coated with a scratch-resistant non-stick ceramic finish. It contains no PFAS substances and its smooth texture makes it easy to clean.

For the Hob and the Oven

The pan is designed for use on all types of hobs. It works seamlessly on gas, electric, ceramic and induction heat. Its versatility is complemented by the ability to be used in the oven up to 200°C, expanding your cooking options.

French Design and Maintenance

The shape of the pan is based on the traditional French 'Lyonnaise' design with flared edges. The steel handle is curved in the French style and is firmly attached to the pan body with rivets. To preserve the properties of the ceramic finish, hand washing is recommended.
