The Beurer PT 20 Pelvi Strong is a pelvic floor training aid designed to help improve, correct or prevent bladder weakness. A weak pelvic floor often contributes to bladder problems, but with targeted training you can prevent these problems. Regular exercise with cones can significantly improve the strength and flexibility of the pelvic floor. The cones have a smooth surface for easy cleaning after use, and come complete with training instructions for a clear and effective exercise plan. The weight of each cone is designed to provide different levels of resistance and progressive training - turquoise weighs 28g, fir green 52g and blue 71g. Thanks to this variability, you can gradually increase the intensity of the exercise and achieve the desired results.
