How does the mattress work?

This method of relaxation has been known to mankind for thousands of years. For example, the Native Americans used to lie on beds made from sharp nails to get into a state of deep meditation. This mattress works similarly. However, the ancient Native American method has undergone innovation by Swedish specialists. Although it resembles an ordinary mattress in appearance, the acupressure BR-180 mattress has been precisely adapted. It has 6000 fine tips on its surface, that cover the entire mattress. They are made from hardened plastic. These tips, or acupressure points, are arranged in circles to effectively act on a given part of the body. The mattress has special dimensions, which mean that you can use it on any part of the body. Your body and soul will finally get into balance.

How is the mattress used?

Place the BR-180 mattress on the floor or on the bed. The mattress can be used for 1 particular part of the body, or over the whole body gradually, from the neck, shoulders, back, loins, buttocks, thighs, calves and feet. If you want to loosen the neck, you can roll the mattress or place a towel underneath it. The weight of the body will spread over the mattress gradually and evenly, so lie on it slowly. Breathe deeply. Relax. After a few minutes, you will experience noticeable muscle relaxation. Meditate for at least for 15-30 mins every day.
