The TCL 98C8L excels with high contrast

Elegant frameless design
The ZeroBorder design ensures that the visible black edges of the screen disappear, providing a larger surface area, a cleaner look, and an even more intense viewing experience. The TCL Smart TV will look great in any living room, either on a TV stand or mounted on the wall using a VESA bracket.
Modern features for gamers and an extra-fast refresh rate
For every gamer, a fast response, sharply rendered image, and minimal lag are key. The TCL C8L, with HDMI 2.1 support and ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) technology, automatically recognises game mode and switches to the lowest possible latency, ensuring instant responses without delay. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in the action—without image tearing, without lag. Whether you're playing fast-paced FPS titles or smooth racing games, the TCL Smart TV provides you with the ideal picture settings for perfectly smooth and intense gaming. The TCL TV supports native 4K resolution at 144Hz and up to 288Hz when combined with a compatible HDMI source, ensuring an exceptionally smooth and sharp picture.
Play like a pro on the TCL C8L TV with the Game Master feature
Thanks to TCL Game Master technology, the TV offers smooth and responsive gaming, while the Game Bar panel allows instant access to important settings. The TCL TV can display a virtual crosshair for more accurate aiming, a zoom function, or highlight textures in shadows for even better visibility.
TCL TV with a top-of-the-line processor for a clear picture
The C8L Smart TV uses the modern AiPQ processor, developed directly by TCL, which includes a series of unique algorithms for tuning image quality. This chip has intelligent sensing capabilities and can make image quality adjustments at the individual pixel level, providing a top-notch viewing experience.
- Ai-Clarity recognises the image in detail and performs upsampling and noise reduction.
- Ai-Colour optimises colours in terms of volume, saturation, and contrast.
- Ai-HDR makes your TCL TV intelligent in decoding various HDR formats.
- Ai-Contrast dynamically optimises the contrast ratio.
- Ai-Motion restores smooth and sharp motion.
Anti-reflective coating and wide viewing angles
The Smart TV's screen is coated with a special anti-reflective layer that reduces reflections from both sunlight and artificial lighting in the room. Therefore, the TCL TV's picture remains clear, sharp, and pleasant to watch even in brightly lit rooms. The modern panel of the TCL Smart TV ensures accurate colour reproduction from all angles, so the picture remains the same whether you're sitting directly in front of the screen or off to the side.
