Widescreen monitor for work and entertainment
With its 34″ screen, 1800R curvature, Ultra WQHD resolution, and wide 21:9 aspect ratio, the Samsung ViewFinity S5 LS34H550GAUXEN provides ample space for work, watching films, and playing select games. The extended workspace lets you display multiple windows side-by-side, so you don't have to constantly switch between different applications.
HDR10 for a more detailed picture on the monitor
HDR10 technology offers a richer colour palette and expands the dynamic range of the image, displaying more significant differences between the light and dark parts of a scene. This enables games to offer a more detailed representation of light and shadow, and a more natural rendering of compatible content.
Samsung ViewFinity S5 LS34H550GAUXEN with 120Hz* refresh rate and 5ms response time
Gamers will appreciate the up to 120Hz* refresh rate, which delivers smoother display of fast-paced gaming action. The 5ms (GtG) response time indicates the time it takes for pixels to transition between shades of grey and, along with the refresh rate, affects how motion is displayed. This can result in a clearer picture during fast scenes, whether you're gaming or watching dynamic content.
*The monitor's standard refresh rate is set to 60Hz and can be adjusted to 120Hz in the settings. Refresh rate may vary depending on the content and input source.
AMD FreeSync Premium – smoother picture
AMD FreeSync Premium technology, along with Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), synchronises the monitor's refresh rate with the output of a compatible graphics card. This helps to reduce screen tearing and other artifacts of unsynchronised rendering that can disrupt smooth gameplay.
Game mode
Activating Game Mode gives you instant access to colour and contrast optimisation, resulting in brighter, more detailed scenes. In the image above, you can notice the immediate difference between the two frames, so you won't miss even the smallest detail.
Connectivity of the Samsung ViewFinity S5 LS34H550GAUXEN monitor
The monitor is equipped with HDMI and DisplayPort connectors, which can be used to connect compatible computers and other devices. This makes it easy to integrate into your workstation or home multimedia setup. An audio output is also available for connecting a compatible sound device.
Eye protection for everyday use
The Samsung ViewFinity S5 LS34H550GAUXEN also keeps your comfort in mind during long viewing sessions. Eye Saver Mode reduces blue light emissions to help lessen eye strain. Flicker Free technology minimises screen flicker, which can be unpleasant during prolonged use. The monitor therefore offers features that support more comfortable work and content viewing.

Colour coverage (gamut)
Determines how accurately the monitor can display colours. sRGB is ideal for the web, films or games. DCI-P3/Adobe RGB is appreciated by graphic designers or professionals at work. The higher the value, the better the monitor displays colours.Maximum brightness
The value, given in nits or cd/m², determines the brightness level of the monitor. A brightness above 400 nits is crucial for HDR content and readability in sunlight, while standard office monitors are fine with values above 250.Refresh rate and response time
The refresh rate (Hz) determines the number of frames displayed per second, so the higher the value, the smoother the image and the less eye strain. A lower response time (ms) eliminates motion blur. 144Hz+ is ideal for gaming, while values around 75Hz are suitable for office monitors.Specifications
