The LG OLED42C68LA offers the latest and unique Perfect Colour technology. You will enjoy much better colour reproduction, which is supported by 100% colour volume certification. The LG TV ensures a clear, detailed picture and enhanced contrast thanks to precise control of individual pixels. You will be able to watch shows and films in detailed 4K Ultra HD quality. The powerful processor used in the TV provides 4K Upscaling for improved resolution, brightness and overall picture clarity. Enjoy a cinema-like experience on the screen of the LG OLED42C68LA smart TV. With HDR10, HLG and Dolby Vision technology, you'll see every film with exceptional colour and contrast. All this will take watching films and gaming to the next level. Artificial intelligence can automatically optimise colour, brightness and contrast, raising the quality of SDR images to HDR levels.
Watch movement with absolute sharpness
The LG OLED42C68LA is ClearMR 10000 certified, effectively minimising motion blur between frames so that even with fast movements the picture is sharp and clear, while HGiG technology preserves HDR tone mapping exactly as intended by the game's creators – with accurate highlights, deep shadows and balanced colours. Together, ClearMR certification and HGiG technology ensure the image remains clean and HDR accurate, so every scene is displayed exactly as it should be.
Perfect Black and Perfect Colour OLED technology
With the LG OLED42C68LA smart TV, you will be surprised by the perfect black colour even in bright or dark rooms. The UL Verified Perfect Black technology ensures true black reproduction, extraordinary contrast and impressive image depth. The realistic colour reproduction is then provided by the UL Verified Perfect Colour technology, which brings vivid, accurate and natural shades in every scene. The LG OLED42C68LA with Brightness Booster technology takes the brightness of the OLED panel to a new level. The higher peak brightness enhances details in bright scenes, improves image legibility and gives HDR content even more depth and realism. You'll enjoy more brilliant light effects, more vivid colours and perfectly rendered details, even when watching in bright rooms.
The LG OLED42C68LA has a high-performance and smart processor
The heart of the entire smart TV is the powerful alpha 11 AI 4K Gen3 processor, which ensures faster image processing. That's why you'll get a 4K Ultra HD picture with much better sharpness and depth than before. The processor is so advanced that it can recognise content by genre and adjust the quality accordingly. The LG AI TV optimises picture and sound while streamlining everyday life thanks to the personalised AI Hub.
Smart TV with Dolby Atmos and sound expansion capability
By reproducing sound as immersive 360° sound objects instead of static channels, the system creates a home cinema environment where detail and depth remain true to the scene. The LG OLED42C68LA makes it easy to control the sound using the centralised WOW Interface. Directly via the smart TV, you can easily adjust the sound of a compatible soundbar for the show you are watching or the music genre. You'll be able to access functions, profiles and modes without any difficulty. In conjunction with a compatible LG soundbar, you can also use WOW Orchestra technology, which synchronises the TV's speakers and soundbar for a richer, more spatial sound.

Alpha 11 AI Sound Pro technology creates a virtual 11.1.2 channel system, which provides a more impressive surround sound when watching films, series, sports broadcasts and other content. The AI Object Remastering Ultra function optimises individual sound elements, while Clear Voice Pro helps improve dialogue clarity. There is also support for Dolby Atmos, and in conjunction with a compatible LG soundbar, WOW Orchestra technology can be used.
