27" GIGABYTE MO27U2
27" GIGABYTE MO27U2
The GIGABYTE MO27U2 gaming monitor combines 4K resolution with a high 240Hz refresh rate on a 27" screen size screen. At the heart of this QD-OLED monitor is a panel that achieves a short response time of 0.03ms (GTG), resulting in a sharp, blur-free image even in fast-paced action scenes. Quantum Dot OLED technology provides exceptional colour reproduction, covering 99% of the DCI-P3 colour space, all with 10-bit colour depth. A 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio, along with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification, renders absolute black, and a special HDR Peak 1,000cd/m² mode gives the image the right amount of dynamism.

Picture Quality
The monitor is based on a 27" QD-OLED panel with a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio. This technology combines the advantages of OLED panels, such as perfect blacks, with Quantum Dot technology for a wider and more accurate colour spectrum. The panel displays 1.07 billion colours and covers 99% of the DCI-P3 space. Colour accuracy is confirmed by Pantone Validated certification. With a 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification, the monitor displays deep black shades. For high dynamic range content, there is an HDR Peak mode with a brightness of up to 1,000cd/m².
High-Performance Gaming Monitor
A 240Hz refresh rate and a response time of just 0.03ms GTG place this device among the fast-response gaming monitors. AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology and NVIDIA G-Sync compatibility synchronise the graphics card's frame rate with the monitor, effectively eliminating screen tearing and stuttering. The Night Vision and Black Equalizer 2.0 functions serve to improve visibility in dark areas of games. A special Tactical Switch 2.0 button allows for a quick change of resolution to a 24" format, for example, which is preferred by some professional gamers. The Game Assist feature then adds practical tools like a timer or a custom crosshair.
Productivity and OLED Panel Protection
The monitor makes it easy to work with multiple devices thanks to an integrated KVM switch that allows you to control several computers with a single set of keyboard and mouse. For effective multitasking, you can use the Picture-in-Picture and Picture-by-Picture functions. GIGABYTE places a strong emphasis on the lifespan of the panel, which is why it has implemented the OLED Care system. This uses artificial intelligence-based algorithms to reduce the risk of image burn-in. The protection also includes an advanced cooling system with graphene film and a passive heat sink, which maintains an optimal operating temperature without the use of a fan.
Connectivity Options
The GIGABYTE MO27U2 monitor offers a wide range of connectivity options for various image sources and peripherals. The versatility is enhanced by the USB-C port, which allows for image transmission while powering connected devices. The following connectors are available:

Colour Coverage (Gamut)
Determines how accurately a monitor can display colours. sRGB is ideal for web, movies, or games. DCI-P3/Adobe RGB is appreciated by graphic designers or professionals at work. The higher the value given, the better the monitor displays colours. Maximum Brightness
The value, given in nits or cd/m², determines the brightness of the monitor. Brightness above 400 nits is crucial for HDR content and readability in sunlight, while standard office monitors are sufficient with values above 250. Refresh Rate and Response
The refresh rate (Hz) determines the number of frames displayed per second, so the higher the value, the smoother the image and the less eye fatigue. A lower response time (ms) value eliminates motion blur. 144Hz+ is ideal for gaming, while values around 75Hz are suitable for office monitors.Specifications
